KINDIكندي

Company

An AI firm of the Gulf, not just in it.

Kindi is an AI-native consultancy headquartered in Riyadh. We build production AI for enterprises and government — and the in-house capability to run it.

Mission

The Gulf should be a producer of intelligence, not a consumer of it. We exist to build the systems  and the people  that make that true.

How we’re built — The operating model

Structured against the failure modes of consulting.

Every pathology of the industry — the leverage pyramid, the permanent engagement, the deck that dies in a drawer — is a design choice. We made different ones.

01

Senior-only delivery

No leverage pyramid. The people in your first meeting are the people in your repositories — architects and engineers who have shipped production AI, not analysts learning on your budget.

02

Small teams, full accountability

Three to six people per engagement, one named lead, one number we’re accountable for. Coordination overhead is our problem, never yours.

03

Embedded, not adjacent

We work inside your systems, your repos, and your rituals — because advice delivered from outside the building rarely survives inside it.

04

Measured exits

Every engagement is designed to end: capability transferred, playbooks handed over, and our own redundancy reported as a KPI.

Values — What we’re accountable to

Athar — أثر

Impact that outlasts the engagement. We measure ourselves by what still runs, and what your team can do, a year after the last invoice.

Rigor over theater

No AI theater, no demo-ware. Baselines, evals, and audit trails — the boring disciplines that make intelligent systems trustworthy.

Of this region

Arabic in the models, residency in the architecture, Gulf procurement in the plan. Not a global template with a local logo.

Leadership

Yunus Ali Hassen

Founder & Managing Director

Yunus founded Kindi on a conviction: the Gulf’s AI transformation should be engineered by people who are of this market — who read the regulation in its original language, understand what a ministry procurement actually requires, and hold the work to a production standard rather than a presentation standard. He leads every strategic engagement personally.

Engineers who want their work to outlast them.

We hire senior builders who can hold both the architecture and the Arabic. If that’s you, introduce yourself.
