Terms of Use
The short version: read freely, quote with attribution, and remember that a webpage is not an engagement contract.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Kindi from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By using the site you accept them. They apply to the website only — client engagements are governed by their own signed agreements, which always take precedence.
2. Content and no-advice
Everything published here — including Insights articles and engagement blueprints — is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Blueprints describe how we structure engagements; outcomes are always defined and measured per client under contract. Don’t make regulatory, procurement, or architecture decisions on the basis of a webpage; talk to us instead.
3. Intellectual property
The Kindi name, the carved-block mark, and the content of this site are our property. You may quote our published articles with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site wholesale, use our mark, or imply endorsement without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use it to send us content you don’t have the right to share. If you believe you’ve found a security issue, we’d genuinely like to hear about it: salam@kindihq.com.
5. Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on website content or from interruptions to its availability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Riyadh. This version is effective as of July 2026.
